Backing out of closing due to not being able to turn old house to a rental on time

It’s tough to give advice without knowing why you need rental income. If it’s for debt-to-income (DTI) purposes, renting your property will offset your home payment. Talk to your loan officer. If they’re not responsive, you may want to find someone else who can help clarify the situation. Most people here are bots or have low IQs.
