That score is good enough for a FHA loan. You just need to save the 3% down and closing cost. The lender will tell you what you qualify for.

Nice! I didn’t know FHA changed the down payment to 3%! I always thought it was 3.5%.

FHA is 3.5% down minimum. Conventional allows for 3%
